Partnering with a luxury boutique hotel collection to increase revenue share from their keyffeeder markets in EMEA. By leveraging our expertise in commercial growth, and existing tour operator and travel agent connection we implemented a  tailored approaches that increased brand and product awareness.

CONSERVATION

BRIEF: INTERIM HEAD OF TOURISM ​

Collaborating with a global conservation charity to develop tourism as a force for wildlife conservation. Leading a team of seven, we launched a new safari lodge, built relationships with the international travel trade, and represented the Fund at trade fairs and ambassador events to increase awareness and support for its mission.
